1. Send an e-mail message requesting eclipse-tour application form, Russian visa application form (it might be possible for your computer to print-out the eclipse-tour application form, Eclipse-tour application form)

2. You will receive the eclipse-tour application form in the mail, along with Russian visa application form and instructions for filling it out.
   • USA/Canadian residents then send the White Nights USA agent a check of $200 deposit per applicant, 3 passport pictures, photocopies of pertinent pages of valid international passports, filled-out eclipse-tour application forms and Russian visa application forms.

   • Residents of other countries are to deposit the equivalent of US $200 per applicant to an account specified by a White Nights agent. Afterwards, a Russian visa support document will be sent to you, along with instructions for applying for a Russian visa.

3. International air tickets (when applicable) and a confirmation letter will be sent to applicants upon receipt of the balance of the tour program cost (final payment must be made by February 15, 1997).
